Adv. Nir Shuster heads the Labor Law department of SKR & Co. and is one of the founding lawyers of the firm’s Labor department.
Adv. Nir Shuster has the knowledge and experience which allows him to provide each of our clients with a tailored advice fitted to the different and individual circumstances.
Adv. Nir Shuster advise and accompanies the firm’s Israeli and International clients in all matters regarding Labor Law and labor relations that occurs in their day to day business, as part of legal proceedings conducted before labor courts as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings or during governmental procedures.
Adv. Shuster provides, inter alia, an ongoing legal advice in Labor Law related matters at all stages of corporate cycle, from the first stages of employment (such as first employment agreements and employees’ option plans) to ongoing legal advice on all labor law related matters in accordance with the development of the company and the law, and advising in M&A transactions, including preparing a due diligence report on aspects of labor law.
Adv. Nir Shuster specializes as well in a wide variety of commercial law aspects, including commercial litigation, corporate law, dissolutions, liquidations and receiverships. Adv. Nir Shuster holds a bachelor of Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, Israel which allows him to provide broad creative solutions to his clients.
Adv. Nir Shuster is a member of the Israeli Bar Association – labor law forum. In addition, he is a member of the Israeli Association for Employment Law and Social Security, and takes an active role in their activities, such as providing references and comments regarding new legislation and more.
