Adv. Yoni Charash is an Of Counsel of Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. and leads some of the firm’s Commercial litigation cases.  Yoni specializes in commercial and civil litigation, Class Actions, labor law, corporate law, tenders and insolvency procedures. Among his clients are some of Israel’s leading industrial companies, prominent high-tech companies, agricultural groups, senior executives and more.

Yoni’s litigation management expertise derives from years of experience in representing clients before all court instances in Israel. Yoni’s broad experience includes representing Israel’s leading commercial companies in complex legal disputes, as well as representing leading individuals in litigation struggles and other cases of public interest.

Ever since his early steps in the litigation, Yoni’s litigation management skills and achievements earned him the reputation of a rising commercial litigation talent.

While representing in courts, Yoni is well-known for his top tier professional standards and ability to portray well-articulated legal arguments in a persuasive and confident manner.

Undeterred by fierce and intelligent in-court debates and extremely knowledgeable within his case and relevant legislation, Yoni’s professional practice is widely appreciated by both justices and colleagues.

Yoni has a unique expertise in representing clients in agricultural related legal disputes. In this framework, Yoni handles commercial and financial disputes over agricultural products, product export to various locations worldwide, tort litigation in disputes surrounding agricultural products and more.

In addition, Yoni specializes in class actions. Among his achievements in that field is successfully defending one of Israel’s leading food manufacturers against a multi-billion dollar class action.

During his academic studies in law and business administration which were completed with honors, Yoni joined The Movement for Quality Government in Israel, and is still an active member today. Yoni is an officer  in the IDF reserve forces.

Yoni joined the firm as an intern in 2002 and as an associate in 2004. He became a partner at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. in 2011. Yoni is an Of Counsel of SKR & Co. since 2017.
