BIOGRAPHY

Adv. Nir Shuster is the head of litigation department of SKR & Co., and is one of the firm’s leading lawyers.

Adv. Shuster has the knowledge and experience that enables him to provide for each clients tailored advice and adapt to the different circumstances and individual characteristics of each case.

Adv. Shuster advises the clients of the department from Israel and worldwide in matters relating to Business, Corporate and Commercial Law, Arbitration and Mediation, and labor law.

Adv. Shuster represents clients in various frameworks of the legal proceedings such as civil courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Adv. Shuster has extensive knowledge in the legislation and case law relevant to his cases and is known for his management skills of the procedure, for that he earned the reputation of a rising litigation talent. Nir is well known for his uncompromising professional standards and his ability to present based legal arguments in a convincing and well-mannered approach.

Adv. Shuster holds a BA in Business Administration, specializing in finance from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, which enables him to provide extensive and creative solutions for the Firm’s clients.

Adv. Shuster is a member of the Israel Bar Association and a member of the Israeli Association for Employment Insurance and National Insurance. Nir takes an active part in their activities, such as giving comments on new legislation and more.
