BIOGRAPHY
Michal Ben Ari is an attorney at SKR & Co.’s northern branch, working in the firm’s Kibbutz and Moshav Sectors, Agriculture, Corporate & M&A and Commercial Law departments.
Michal specializes in all aspects of commercial law, and is also experienced in litigation.
Michal provides ongoing legal counsel to commercial corporations as well as cooperative societies. Her practice includes handling various types of agreements, transactions, court representation, incorporation and liquidation processes and more.
Michal completed her internship at Shenhav, Konforti, Shavit and Co., following which she joined the firm as an attorney in 2007.
