Lior Kwintner

BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Kwintner specializes in high-tech, corporate finance and technology with a special focus on representation of startups and emerging growth companies. Mr. Kwintner frequently acts as “outside general counsel” to his clients, representing them on financial and corporate matters and coordinating other legal matters.

Over the years, Mr. Kwintner has been representing numerous startup companies in various fields including, communication, media and information technology, cryptocurrency, internet, e-commerce, security, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, renewable and solar energy, advising them on all aspects and matters that come up during the life span of such companies, such as corporate structuring, financings, R&D and licensing related transactions, commercial transactions, and exit transactions.

Mr. Kwintner represents investors in high-tech companies, such as venture capital funds, investment companies and angel investors, in negotiating and protecting their interests in the companies and in exit transactions.

In the area of Cryptocurrency, he also represents ventures and investors in this industry and he is involved with such ventures’ formation and operation and Initial Coin Offerings (ICO’s) in various jurisdictions.

In addition, Mr. Kwintner brings significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and he has participated in various complex purchases and sales of companies, both public and private, in cross-border transactions structured as asset sales, stock sales and mergers.

Mr. Kwintner acquired vast international experience during the period in which he worked for Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg LLP, a leading law firm in Philadelphia, USA and for other leading law firms in Israel.
