BIOGRAPHY

Adv. Amos Konforti is a senior partner at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co., and head of the firm’s M&A and international practice.

Amos’s M&A expertise is driven by 25 years of versatile commercial experience, inter alia, providing ongoing legal counsel to leading commercial corporations. With broad hands-on commercial experience combined with M&A management’s expertise, Amos is highly skilled in promoting both local and international M&A transactions, a practice field in which he holds a proven reputation.

Among his clients, Amos is well known for his ability to promote transactions in a manner which best serves their interests, eluding occasional obstacles by using resourceful business solutions.

Amos is in charge of  the development of Shenhav & Co’s commercial and business practice (the founding office of Shenhav Konforti, Rotem & Co). Over the years, Amos represented Israel’s prominent companies, working as well with international companies and handling cross-border transactions.

As part of his commercial practice, Amos has a unique expertise in the high-tech sector and their ongoing activity. Utilizing the firm’s international network of cooperation, Amos assist  the firm’s clients in locating foreign resources for raising funds, locating strategic foreign partners and executing multi-national projects.

Amos’s comprehensive services enrich his clients’ business activity and enhance its leverage, making him a genuine partner in pursuing their business objectives. In addition, Amos specializes in bio-tech, internet, capital markets and complex real estate.

Amos holds a long track record of operating in the international arena, during which he became closely acquainted with different cultures, regulations and legal systems across the worlds.

Amos served in the IDF as an armored corps’ officer, and reached the rank of lieutenant colonel in reserve duty.

Following a diverse legal activity at a leading law firm, as well as an independent lawyer, Amos joined Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. as partner in 1993.

In addition to his activities in Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co, Amos acts as a member of boards of directors and a member of steering committees in companies with various fields of activity.
